In the foreground, the Campari aedicule, with the bronze sculptural group "The Last Supper" by Giannino Castiglioni (1935) placed on a base obtained from a porphyritic erratic boulder. The funeral monument was erected (1936-1939) by the will of Davide Campari (1867-1936), owner of the homonymous company producing beverages and liqueurs, whose father Gaspare around 1865 had started the production of the drink "bitter" in Milan.
