Vicenza, Olympic Theatre, interior: detail of the “porta regia” in the grandiose proscenium of the theatre during the show “Son et Lumière”. The theatre was designed by Andrea Palladio. The construction site of the theatre started in 1580, the year of the architect's death. The works were then followed by his son Silla with the intervention of Vincenzo Scamozzi for the scene and the famous seven streets of Thebes.
