It was aboard a four-cylinder Henderson that Carl Stearns Clancy of New York was the first to travel around the world on a motorbike (it was 1913 and this speaks volumes about the reliability of this bike ...). Special features: It has a front fork with a pulled wheel, with lower biscuits and springs enclosed in tubular cases. It has opposite valves with overhead intake and lateral discharge, controlled by a single cam axis on the right of the base.This specimen is the first historical motorbike registered to ASI (the italian historic vehicles autority) and bears the registration number 0001.
